As Senior Development Manager, Alex handles Acquisitions and Delivery for Nex Property. He brings more than 19 years of experience in the land development sector, and over a decade in senior leadership roles across major industry organisations. 

In addition to his property development expertise, Alex is a qualified Environmental Engineer (Honours), and holds an Executive MBA from the Sydney Business School/University of Wollongong. Alex began his career as a Water Engineer specialising in stormwater design, hydrology and flood modelling, before transitioning to land development project delivery. 

Today, as part of the development team, he oversees feasibility and due diligence for land acquisitions, project management across residential subdivision developments, preparation of DA applications, management of the approval process with state and local government authorities as well as utilities and service providers, budget allocation and reporting, consultant team management, statutory approvals, pricing oversight, and construction supervision, among other responsibilities.

His approach is grounded in proactive communication, close consultant engagement, and the ability to pivot rapidly when development pathways require adaptive recalibration – ensuring client outcomes remain aligned to program, value, and delivery objectives, in pursuit of the best possible results for all stakeholders.
