A part of the Nex Property team since 2024, Chris is always guided by the following fundamental question: “Is this a place I would like to live, and be proud for my friends and family to live?” It’s a customer-led perspective that forms the foundation of his approach and inspires him to deliver the highest quality service for Nex Property clients.

Fluent in Japanese and with eight years’ experience in operations, projects and developments in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, Chris’ skillset extends across Operations, Administration, Sales, Teaching, Japanese Translation and Executive Support. As Business Development Specialist at Nex Property, he has various responsibilities within the NEX Building Group, actively seeking out potential partners and development opportunities while nurturing existing relationships, and serving as a cultural bridge between the companies Australian and Japanese staff and partners. 

Passionate and hardworking, informed by his earlier roles at NSW Department of Education School Infrastructure and at Daiwa House Australia, Chris is excited to be involved in the creation of new homes and new opportunities for Australians, as part of an exciting group committed to the best possible outcomes for customers, society, and the environment.
