With experience built over 30 years within the residential development sector, including senior leadership responsibilities across major masterplanned communities and multi-format product portfolios, Dino commenced as Sales Director in Property Management for Nex Property in 2025. 

Prior to joining the company, he held the position of Sales & Marketing Director for Frasers Property’s NSW Residential Division (Australand), where he contributed to that division selling more than 12,000 properties spanning land lots, house and land packages, and mid-rise and high-density apartments. 

At Nex Property, Dino provides strategic sales and marketing leadership across new and existing assets, and supports the establishments of processes and procedures aligned to the launch of new projects. His focus is to enable the success of Nex Property as an emerging force in the residential development market by ensuring its products respond to market needs, and that customers experience an informed, seamless pathway from enquiry through to purchase. 

Dino’s approach is centred on a developing a deep understanding of the customer and client – encompassing their drivers, constraints and ultimate goals – before tailoring commercially viable solutions that align with those requirements, and he is energised by the opportunity to be a part of something new in the property development landscape with Nex Property.
