Koji joined the NEX Building Group in 2022 as a representative of Japanese shareholder Asahi Kasei Homes. Upon commencing with the Group, he was appointed as a Director.

Koji's strong background and experience have seen him manage numerous mergers and acquisitions for Asahi Kasei and successfully deliver new business incubation projects.

The NEX Building Group is now leveraging Koji's capabilities and knowledge to achieve business growth for the organisation.

His key responsibilities will be to discuss and set group strategies and policies to achieve NEX Building Group’s mid-term business plan and goals and working closely with the Australian senior management team.
