General Manager of Nex Property since 2024, Nadim is a qualified Civil Engineer and licenced builder with almost two decades experience spanning development, construction, and Tier 1 delivery environments, working end-to-end across the full project lifecycle from acquisition and capital structuring through to design, procurement, delivery and settlement. 

His previous work at Frasers Property involved large-scale master-planned residential projects in wholly-owned, joint-venture and government/private capital partnership structures across a wide spectrum of residential and commercial typologies, including medium density terraces and townhomes, high-density apartments, and mixed-use projects. 

He also has extensive experience with high-net-worth, family-owned development groups, working closely with them through the full breadth of the development process, from site acquisition to financial modelling, planning approvals, stakeholder engagement, design management, construction delivery, and handover. 

As General Manager, Nadim is responsible for leading Nex Property in all business functions, including strategy, acquisitions and project delivery, in addition to culture, partnerships, financial performance and more. His approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, and precision: setting a clear vision, and leading decisively in order to deliver outcomes that stand the test of time, thereby establishing the conditions for Nex Property to become a respected and enduring legacy brand in the Australian development market.
